| I was looking for an alternative to taking my car to the dealer for service. I looked on the Nextdoor app, and I saw many recommendations for Haver's. I was able to make an appointment online which was confirmed the next day through text. I arrived at the appointed time, was greeted and invited to wait in their very clean and comfortable waiting area. My car was serviced within an hour, and their price compared favorably to what the dealer charged. Based on that experience, I will definitely return. |

| I scheduled myself on-line for the Center St location and I THOUGHT I was scheduling service at the Elkhorn location. Obviously it was my error. When I was informed in Elkhorn of my appointment at the Center St location, I asked for them to call to tell them I was on my way. I was a little late at the correct appointment location, but they were kind and gracious, performed the service requested and I was on my way. Thank you! |

| Always a nice front desk/estimator crew. My car is usually done quickly and the pricing is fair. Cost wise they are comparable or less than other shops in the area and I trust them for my auto needs. |
